These terms govern your use of Cross-Examine during private beta. Terms will be finalized before paid public launch.
AI limitations
AI responses may contain mistakes, incomplete reasoning, or unclear wording. Users are responsible to verify every answer against Scripture and seek faithful pastoral counsel when needed.
User responsibility
Do not use Cross-Examine to promote false doctrine, harassment, plagiarism, illegal activity, or copyrighted material you do not have permission to use.
Protected audio
Protected sermons and lessons are provided for listening inside Cross-Examine only. Users may not download, copy, record, rip, redistribute, repost, sell, upload elsewhere, or share private playback links. Access may be revoked for misuse.
Audio ownership and permissions
Audio content remains owned by its rightful owner or licensor. Users must only upload or submit audio they own, have permission to use, have licensed, or can lawfully stream.
Subscriptions
Paid subscription terms, cancellation rights, and refund windows will be published before public paid launch. Billing is not active during private beta.
Sponsorships
Sponsored placements are curated Christian/ministry sponsorships. Sponsorship does not mean Cross-Examine endorses every theological detail of a sponsor.
